These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gynwellness.com (the “Website”), operated by Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia, PLLC, doing business as Gyn Wellness Center (“Gyn Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Not medical advice

Do not use the Website, the contact form, or the chat assistant for medical emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Using the Website, submitting the contact form, or using the chat assistant does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen by one of our providers.

Our chat assistant is an automated tool that answers general questions and helps with scheduling. It is not a doctor, nurse, or other licensed professional. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or prescribe medication, and its answers may not always be complete or accurate.
5. Appointment requests
Submitting the contact form or a scheduling request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team or our scheduling system confirms it with you.
